Our aim is to provide a first class professional service via our fully qualified chartered surveyors and the administration support provided by the survey department which has gained recognition and accreditation under the ISO9002 scheme. We have invested in the latest technology so we can receive instructions and return completed survey reports electronically to speed up the process.

We receive valuation survey instructions from most of the major lending institutions and are therefore quite often able to offer a discount should you require an additional Home Buyers Report or Building Survey.

Our Surveyors are fully qualified chartered surveyors with a wealth of experience operating in the residential areas of Manchester, Stockport, North Cheshire, North Derbyshire and Tameside.
