Throughout the afternoon you are looking to tie up the sales you have agreed that day and arranging more viewings for your applicants for that evening.
By 4 o’clock you are on the road with your applicants, looking to sell more houses.
You will be spending large amounts of the day on teh phone, talking to your vendors and applicants, making viewings, the more viewings you make the more sales you will agree, but you must remain in contact with all of your buyers all the time. For that reason, in addition to your direct phone line in the office you'll be provided with a mobile phone.
There is nothing more rewarding than a busy day of arranging viewings with your buyers and agreeing a fistful of sales. Not only have you done your job and met your buyers expectations, those sales will result in rewards galore.
